Welcome to tkgme. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the tkgme platform. By using our website, creating an account, or accessing any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using tkgme's services. These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
From the time these Terms take effect, every visit and transaction you make on the platform falls under these rules. tkgme reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continuing to use the platform after amended Terms are published will be treated as your acceptance of the new Terms.
2 Eligibility & Age Limit

3 Account Registration & Management
By creating an account on tkgme, you agree to the following:
3.1 Providing Accurate Information
You must provide your real name, correct phone number, and other accurate details during registration. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately.
3.3 One Person, One Account
The same person may not operate more than one account. Using multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse, and all accounts may be closed with all balances forfeited.
3.4 Updating Your Information
If any of your personal details change (such as your phone number or payment information), you must notify tkgme promptly.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on tkgme are governed by the following policy:
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We currently process deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
4.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Successfully approved withdrawals generally reach your nominated account within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
4.4 Verification Requirements
Before processing a withdrawal, tkgme reserves the right to verify your identity and payment method. If required documents are not submitted in time, the withdrawal process may be put on hold.
4.5 Third-Party Payments Prohibited
Funds deposited into an account must come from sources owned by the account holder. Processing deposits or withdrawals through a third party is strictly prohibited.
5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
tkgme offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are governed by the following conditions:
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The bonus amount received must be wagered 25 times before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 total wagering required before withdrawal.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Using multiple accounts, artificial betting patterns, or any other dishonest method to circumvent bonus terms will result in cancellation of all related bonuses and winnings, and the account may be suspended.
5.4 VIP Program
tkgme's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 0.8%). It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular activity.
5.5 Right to Modify Promotions
tkgme reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion without prior notice.
6 Betting & Game Rules
On the tkgme platform, you can enjoy sports betting, casino games, slots, and other games. The following rules apply to all games:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If any game or round remains incomplete due to a technical error, tkgme reserves the right to determine the result based on technical records or to refund the bet.
- In sports betting, the data source selected by tkgme for determining bet outcomes will be considered final.
- Game providers' own rules also apply and are supplementary to these Terms.
- Abnormally large winnings resulting from a game glitch or software bug may be voided.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkgme platform:
- Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Using bots, automated software, or other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
- Colluding with other users to commit fraud.
- Creating artificial betting patterns with the intent to abuse offers or promotions.
- Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
- Accessing another person's account or attempting to steal account information.
- Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior toward tkgme or its staff.
If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited. tkgme reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities if necessary.
8 Responsible Gaming
tkgme takes responsible gaming very seriously. We want you to play for entertainment and stay aware of your own limits.

You may also request closure of your account at any time through our support team. Even after account closure, both parties remain responsible for settling any outstanding transactions.
11 Limitation of Liability
tkgme is committed to providing a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, our liability is limited in the following situations:
- Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical failures.
- Delays caused by issues with third-party payment providers.
- Losses resulting from a user leaving their own account credentials unsecured.
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
In no circumstance will tkgme's maximum liability exceed the value of the transaction in question.
12 Changes to Terms
tkgme reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify you via an in-account notification or email.
Continuing to use the platform after amended Terms are published will be treated as your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review the latest Terms at each session.
